Make the task clear first.
Take a weekly update: gather the week's notes and progress, explain who will read it, what should come first, and what is still uncertain. If something is missing, name the gap before filling it in.
The first draft still needs your judgment.
“This sounds too formal.” “That hasn’t been confirmed.” “Give the budget its own section.” Specific feedback gives the next version direction. You can accept it, change it, or take another approach.
Keep what will be useful afterward.
